  • Shipping Costs: Free shipping on all orders in the United Kingdom
  • Shipping Destinations: We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.

Tracking Information
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You will then receive a separate shipping update email containing your Tracking Number, allowing you to follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery.

Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us promptly at info@marlowandstone.com. Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet entered the processing stage. If you no longer want to keep the item after delivery, you can request a return by following the return steps and requirements mentioned in the Return and Refund Policy.

Possible Delays
While we make every effort to deliver within the stated timeframe, occasional delays may occur due to: peak shopping seasons or public holidays, severe weather or natural disruptions, unexpected courier or customs delays or high order volumes

If your parcel has not arrived within 5–8 business days, please allow up to 3 additional business days. If it still hasn’t arrived after that, contact our support team at info@marlowandstone.com, and we will investigate promptly.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us right away at info@marlowandstone.com and include: Your order number with a clear description of the issue and photos of the item and its packaging.

After review, we will arrange either a replacement sent at no extra cost, or a refund to your original payment method.

We aim to resolve these cases as quickly as possible and ensure you’re taken care of.
