To cancel an order, contact us promptly at info@marlowandstone.com. Cancellations are only possible if the order has not yet entered the processing stage. If you no longer want to keep the item after delivery, you can request a return by following the return steps and requirements mentioned in the Return and Refund Policy.
To request an exchange, contact our support team with your order details within 30 days of delivery. The process begins by emailing info@marlowandstone.com with your order number and the item you want to exchange. The item must be unused and unwashed, remain in its original packaging, and have all tags attached. After review, you will receive instructions for returning the original item.
After your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. You will then receive a separate shipping update email containing your Tracking Number, allowing you to follow your shipment from dispatch to delivery
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary by location, but most orders arrive within 4-5 business days. You’ll receive tracking details once your order ships.

We currently ship to the United Kingdom only.
If your parcel has not arrived within 5–8 business days, please allow up to 3 additional business days. If it still hasn’t arrived after that, contact our support team at info@marlowandstone.com, and we will investigate promptly.
