Return and Refund Policy

At Marlow and Stone, we aim to make returns, refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations clear. If a purchase does not meet your needs, follow the guidelines below.

Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. No restocking fees are applied to returned items. Refunds are processed within 7 days after approval. Exchanges are accepted when the applicable requirements are satisfied. All returns are handled in accordance with our Terms of Service.

Order Cancellations
To cancel an order, contact us promptly at info@marlowandstone.com. Cancellations can only be completed if the order has not yet entered the processing stage. If you decide not to keep the item after delivery, you can request a return by following the return steps and requirements described below.

Return Requirements
Items can be returned within 30 days of delivery. Returns submitted after this period cannot be accepted. Returned items must be unused and unwashed, remain in their original packaging, and have all tags attached.

Returning an Item

  1. Contact info@marlowandstone.com with your order number and the reason for the return.
  2. Wait for approval before sending the item back.
  3. Follow the instructions provided for packaging and the return address.
  4. Ensure the item is packaged securely to prevent damage during shipping.

Refunds
You will receive an email confirmation once the returned item has been received and approved. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 days after approval. Payment providers or banks can require additional time to release the funds.

Additional Notes
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs when the item is not damaged, defective, or incorrect. Items should be packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

Exchanging an Item
To request an exchange, contact our support team with your order details within 30 days of delivery. The process begins by emailing info@marlowandstone.com with your order number and the item you want to exchange. The item must be unused and unwashed, remain in its original packaging, and have all tags attached. After review, you will receive instructions for returning the original item.

If the requested replacement item is available, it will be shipped once the returned item has been received and approved. If the replacement item is not available, a refund will be issued instead.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered, please contact us right away at info@marlowandstone.com and include: Your order number with a clear description of the issue and photos of the item and its packaging.

After review, we will arrange either a replacement sent at no extra cost, or a refund to your original payment method.
